| A deposit of 20% is required to secure your villa booking, with the balance due 30 days before your arrival date. |
| A security deposit of £150/$250 will also be requested with your final payment - this will be returned within 21 days of your departure, after the villa
has been checked for any loss, breakages or damage sustained during your rental period. |
